we have bought them a quite few times and just mount them on a garden stake or an old broom handle. they last about a year or so before they fall to bits.
They come semi assembled and you put them together when you get home.
Can't remember the cost, not much tho.
One of the places they sell them is a traditional offerings and the like shop just up from the Animale factory outlet in Kuta.
Have also bought them in Ubud market and various shops in Garlic Lane.
You may need to ask for them, they are not often on display.
