All three trips you're talking about can be done in a metered taski quite cheaply. Depending on traffic and where in Tuban you're starting from, a trip to Jl 66 should cost maybe $3-5? I doubt it would be more. Similar price to get to Hulu cafe. I don't remember exact prices but I know from where I stay in Legian (about halfway between Jl 66 and Hulu's) it would only cost me a few dollars to get to Kuta Square.

You can easily get a metered taksi to Geneva and should be able to pick one up for the return trip without much trouble. The longest I've ever had to wait for a passing taksi would have been about 5 minutes. Not sure of exact cost as I've never gone from Tuban to Geneva, but as I'm sure you've figured out now, metered taksis are very inexpensive.
