I love this forum and soak up as much info as possible. I love the JBRs because they are a wealth of info for those who are about to embark on a trip to Bali, so please keep them JBR's coming.
I am visiting Bali in June with two teenage girls and staying in Tuban. What I would like to ask is how do I get to Jl 66 from Tuban? (want to buy sarongs and not get ripped off) Is it an easy walk or how much is a taksi going to cost? If I get a taksi from Febris to jl 66 how much is it going to cost?.
Also where do i find a place that will turn my sarong into an elastic dress around Tuban area?
Another question I have is how much will it cost me in a taksi from Tuban to Geneva. and is it easy to get a taksi back to your hotel from geneva? I do not want to hire a driver just to take me to Geneva and back as I would like to take a taksi there and know that when I am finished in Geneva that I can easily get a cab back to Tuban without worrying how long I had left my driver waiting for me.
Also do you think it appropriate if I visit Hulu cafe to see the drag show wit two 16 yr old girls? I appreciate every answer. Also, how do I get from Febris to Hulu cafe? Is it a walk or do I have to negosiate with a taksi driver?
Please I beg of you, any women in Bali when we are there who are wiliing to do a major shopping trip please lets do it together.
